Payment Policy – Important Information

1. Account Terms: A 30-day account option is not available during the first three months of engagement.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment must be made in advance to confirm an order, indicating acceptance of the quoted prices.

3. Lay-Buy Options: A three-month lay-buy plan is available, with products delivered only upon full payment.

4. Delivery Process: Orders will be dispatched once payment has been received and the delivery address has been confirmed.

5. Equal Treatment: All customers are treated fairly and without exception, ensuring a consistent and equitable service experience.

6. Payments can be done online, which is safe, but delay delivery by 1 or 2 days.

7. Payments can be done via EFT. Banking details will be displayed online after order was completed and will be confirmed via email from finance@omtrtb.co.za or sales@omtrtb.co.za with a stamped bank letter. Please do not trust any bank details if it was not sent by finance@omtrtb.co.za or sales@omtrtb.co.za (READ THIS AGAIN)

8. Please make sure that 2 numbers are provided with delivery details, or 1x contact number and 1x email address.

9. Stipulate who will be the receiver of the product. Name and Surname. Especially if we need to deliver at a company at the reception etc.

10. Make sure you that you provide the complete Company details with the VAT number with the order. Tax Invoices will take 3-5 days to be rectified if any details needs to be changed.
